摘要
研究不同扦插基质、不同NAA浓度和不同扦插季节及不同部位枝条对丹桂扦插繁殖的影响,结果表明:在夏季用山地红壤以及200 mg.L-1NAA处理穗条最有利于提高扦插生根率;扦插基质、NAA浓度和季节对丹桂扦插生根数量影响不显著;NAA处理对穗条新梢的生长有促进作用;不同部位枝条对于扦插生根率影响甚小。
The effects of different cutting substrates,different NAA concentrations,different cutting seasons and different branch sections on cutting and propagation of Osmanthus Fragrans var.aurantiacus were analysed,and the results showed the conditions including mountain red earth and treatment with 200 mg·L-1 of NAA in summer were the most favorable to improve the rooting rate,but there was few influence of cutting substrate,NAA concentration,and season on the cutting and rooting number,and the growth of new shoot was improved by NAA treatment;there was few influence of different branch sections on the cutting and rooting rates.
