9%~12%Cr钢在蠕变时效中析出相变化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对9%~12%Cr钢为含析出相M23C6和MX的回火马氏体组织,在高温蠕变或时效过程中会析出Laves相和Z相的情况,结合国内外对9%~12%Cr钢析出相的最新研究成果,详细分析了在蠕变时效过程中析出相的特征、析出规律和对蠕变开裂的影响。 Because the tempered organization of 9%-12%Cr steel is composed of M23C6 and MX precipitates in the tempered martensite,and the steel will be precipitated Laves phase and Z phase when it is in creeping or aging process at high temperature,the paper analyzes in detail the precipitated phase characteristics,precipitation regularity and the influence on creep cracking,based on the latest research results of the precipitated phase of 9%-12%Cr steel.
