摘要
校长行为的相关研究随领导学的发展而不断增加,其中,校长领导行为的结构维度研究尤为重要。校长领导行为可划分为授权、自身专业发展、构建学校文化、协调学校内外关系和教学领导五个行为维度。这五个维度并不是以一刀切的形式划分,它们之间相互融合、相互影响,共成整体。
With the development of leadership researches,the related researches of principal behavior have increased quickly. The study on structure dimensions of principal leadership behavior is very important. Principal leadership behavior can be divided into five dimensions as follows: empowerment,professional development,school culture organization,coordination of internal and external relations in schools and instructional leadership. These five dimensions are not divided simplely but an entirety which is blended and influenced each other.
