摘要
目的研究标准化营养干预对老年代谢综合征(MS)血脂和体重指数(BMI)的影响。方法对年龄≥60岁的MS患者167例分为干预组(n=82)与对照组(n=85),MS采取2004年中华医学会糖尿病学分会推荐的标准进行诊断。干预组由医师开出营养处方,营养师通过互动平台,依据低血糖负载食物选择原则进行为期8周的标准化营养干预,观察两组患者BMI、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)试验前后的变化。结果干预组试验后BMI和TG明显下降,与试验前和对照组试验后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);TC、HDL-C及LDL-C无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论标准化营养干预能有效降低老年MS患者BMI和血清TG水平,减少心脑血管疾病的危险风险。
Objective To study the influence of standardization nutritional intervention on the aged MS patient's body mass index(BMI)and the blood fats.Methods Data were collected from 167 MS patients aged 60 and over.MS was diagnosed by using the definition recommended by Chinese Diabetic Society in 2004.The patients were divided into the nutrition intervention group and the control group by using the pair design.The patients of the nutrition intervention group were carried Standardized nutrition intervention for 8 weeks cording to the nutrition prescription and the hypoglycemia load food selection principle.The change of BMI,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)was compared.Results BMI and TG reduced after using the nutrition intervention measure.The difference between the two groups was singnificant(P〈0.01),no significant difference was observed in TC,HDL-C and LDL-C between groups.Conclusion The results suggested that standardized nutrition interventions can assist in reducing BMI and the blood fats in aged patients of MS.
