摘要
报告1例成人混合型暴发型流行性脑脊髓膜炎的护理,总结了暴发型流行性脑脊髓膜炎并发DIC、急性肺损伤、肝肾功能不全、胃肠道功能不全、面积75%的皮肤瘀斑、双小腿中下1/3干性坏疽的护理要点。
An adult patient with mixed fulminant epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was reported.This case was complicated with DIC,acute lung injury,liver and kidney dysfunction,gastrointestinal dysfunction,petechiae and purpura of 75% skin,dry gangrene of 1/3 both lower extremities.In this article,nursing strategies were described.
