摘要
                
                    介绍了利用硫酸亚铁对凝汽器铜管进行一次性成膜处理的机理,并分析了铜管的表面状态、亚铁离子浓度、pH值、流速、水温、含氧量对成膜质量的影响。通过改进成膜系统设计,增加预氧化和盐洗工艺,以及采用胶球清洗、保证药品质量、加强换水可提高成膜质量。
                
                The mechanism of film formation on copper tubes in condenser by using ferrous sulfate only at once has been presented,and the influence of surface condition on copper tubes,concentration of ferrous ions,pH value,flow speed,water temperature,oxygen content etc.upon film formation quality being analysed.Through improvement of the film formation system design,adding preoxidation and salt bath process,as well as adopting rubber balls for cleaning inner surface of copper tubes,ensuring the quality of used chemicals,and strengthening renewal of water,the quality of film for mation can be enhanced.
