摘要
在新形势下,根据高校离退休人员的特点,一方面创新工作思路,加强高校离退休管理工作;另一方面加强离退休管理人员的队伍建设,为做好离退休工作提供有力保证,从而为学校的改革、发展与稳定做出贡献。
In the new situation,according to the characteristics of retiree people,on the one hand we should innovate the ideas,and enhance the retiree management;the other hand,we should strengthen the building of the contingent of retiree executives,to provide a powerful guarantee for the retirement work,thus contribute to the school reform,development and stability.
