本文简述了采用F968为捕收剂、SSB和草酸为调整剂,用强磁一浮选工艺流程,在弱酸性(接近中性)矿浆介质中,对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿选铁尾矿细粒级钛铁矿进行的试验研究以及所获得的高品位高回收率的选钛技术指标.
A novel mineral processing method for the recovery of ilmenite with fine fraction (- 0. 10mm) from tailings obtained via dressing iron concentrate from vanadium-containing titanomagnetite ores in Panzhihua was proposed. The method includes:after high intensity magnetic separation,using F968 as collector and SSB and oxalic acid as regulators,in mild acid (nearly neutral) medium performed ilmenite flotation. Adopting the method above mentioned gained higher separation indexes: the grade of ilmenite concentrate was reached to 48. 22% with the recovery of 91. 08% and the yield of 42. 82%.
