摘要
目的介绍醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏的处方组成、制备工艺、质量控制标准及临床疗效。方法制备醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏,应用本品治疗临床上神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹、银屑病、皮肤瘙痒等,观察其疗效。结果应用醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗门诊患者190例,总有效率达93%以上。结论该制剂对神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹、银屑病、皮肤瘙痒等有良好疗效。
Objective To introduce the prescription composition,preparation techniques,quality standard of tramcinolone and urea cream,observe its clinical effects.Methods The tramcinolone and urea cream was prepared,and the clinical effects on patients with nervous dermatitis,chronic eczema,psoriasis and skin pruritus were observed.Results The total effective rate of tramcinolone and urea cream on 190 out-patients was 93%.Conclusion The cream has good effects on neurodernatitics,chronic eczema,itch and psorcasis.
