摘要
针对柴油发电机组转速不稳容易引起燃烧不良的恶性循环,影响其他设备的工作,甚至"跳电"等事故,通过对可引起发动机转速不稳的燃油供给、电控单元、电磁信号发生器等的检查分析,消除故障。强调随着电控系统被广泛用于船舶的设备中,管理人员应加强电控系统知识的培训;分析故障时应细心,注意细节问题;严格按规范要求操作,避免事故发生。
The unstable rotary speed of diesel generator set will cause bad combustion of diesel, affect other equip ments＇ normal running, even shut down the power. The fuel supply unit, electronic control unit and electromagnetic unit, which caused the unstable rotary speed of generator, were checked and analyzed to eliminate the fault. With the wide utilization of electrical control in marine, the manager should strengthen electrical control training. The detail should be paid more attention to during faults diagnosis. The operation should be done by criterion to avoided the malfunction.
