摘要
介绍王自敏教授从"瘀"论治慢性肾脏病的临床经验。根据慢性肾脏病的病机特点,临证用药主张活血化瘀,贯穿始终;分型论治,明辨指征;辨识"瘀"象,尤重舌诊;擅用药对,灵活配伍;久瘀入络,用辛用虫;宏观辨证,微观协同。
This article introduces Professor Wang Zimin＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of chronic nephropathy from blood-stasis. She argues that chronic nephropathy is usually accompanied by blood-stasis, which is particularly manifested in the tongue, and treated with paired herbs.
