摘要
为观察支气管肺泡灌洗对豚鼠支气管粘膜上皮的影响，以临床所用方法对１２只豚鼠行支气管肺泡灌注，灌毕切下右下肺叶，扫描电镜下对照观察灌洗与未灌洗豚鼠支气管粘膜上皮的变化。结果显示，灌洗后的豚鼠支气管粘膜上皮纤毛完全脱落，上皮细胞肿胀破裂。提示支气管肺泡灌洗可导致支气管粘膜上皮损伤。
To observe the effect of bronchial smucosal epithelium in guinea pigs by bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL), 12 guinea pigs were selected for BAL in the conventional clinical way. The sections from the right lower lungs of both the BAL and control groups were observed and compared by electronic microscopy. The cilia of bronchial mucosal epitheliun exfoliated completely and the epithelial cells were turgescent or ruptured in the experimental group. The result suggested that BAL may cause lesions to bronchial mucosal epithelium and its hazard should be taken into consideration in clinical application.
