摘要
对鲤鱼注射不同量的亚硒酸钠后，其血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）的活性是很不同的，注射组明显高于相应的对照组。ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ和亚硒酸钠之间存在着相关性。
After the injection of different dose of sodium selenite,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in Cyprinus carpio was very different, especially in the comparing group and injected the bacteria (Aeromonas hydrophila) group. There was relation between GSH-Px and sodium selenite.
