就污染源噪声监测中影响测值的背景值修正、边界和测点的确定等问题进行深入分析研究,对其提出了客观合理的建议。
There are many factors which will affect the accurate measurement of the noise.The background value amendments and specifying the borderline and the detection sites are the key points which should be analyzed in advance.Some reasonable suggestions are pointed out for accurate detection of noise.
