摘要
新建立的本科院校的教学活动中,在任课教师、教学态度、教学课件、学生作业、学生质量、匆忙设置新专业等方面存在问题,导致了教学质量的下滑,影响了院校的进一步发展和壮大。抓好教师资格、抓好教学方法、抓好作业批改、抓好学生质量、抓好教学基本条件,是提高教学质量的基础和必要条件。
In the teaching activities of newly-established universities,there exist some problems in teachers’ attitudes towards teaching,courseware,student work,student quality,and new specialties set hastily,which not only result in the falling-off in teaching quality,but also affect the further development of these universities.To improve teachers’ quality,teaching methods,the correction of students’ papers,students’ quality and teaching conditions is fundamental and essential in improving the teaching quality.
