摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法采用中西医结合的方法治疗急性病毒性心肌炎28例,并与单用西药治疗的28例进行对比观察。结果中西医组的临床治愈率及总有效率分别为50%和92.9%。明显好于西医组(临床治愈率及总有效率分别为21.4%及71.4%)。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且中西医组血清心肌酶、心电图及左心室功能的改善情况也均明显优于西医组。结论中西医结合治疗急性病毒性心肌炎效果好于单纯西药治疗,是一种较好的治疗方法。
Aim To observe the curative effect of TCM and WM combined treatment on acute viral myocarditis.Methods Twenty eight cases of patients with acute viral myocarditis accepted TCM and WM combined treatment.And the other 28 cases were given Western medicine only.Then the comparative study was taken between the TCM and WM group and the WM group.Results Among 28 cases of the TCM and WM group,the clinical cure rate and the total effective rate were 50% and 92.9% respectively,which were better than those that of the WM group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Besides,the improvements of serum myocardium-enzyme,and electrocardiogram,and left ventricular function in the TCM and WM group were distinctly better than those of the WM group.Conclusion The method of TCM and WM combined treating acute viral myocarditis is a better therapeutics.
