摘要
TiO2纳米管具有优异的光催化性和光电转换特性,在光电催化降解污染物方面有很好的应用前景。本文介绍了TiO2纳米管的制备方法及形成机理,重点阐述了提高TiO2光催化性能所采用的过渡金属离子掺杂、稀土元素掺杂、贵金属沉积、复合半导体、有机染料光敏化的方法。
Titania nanotube has a good application prospect in degradation of pollutants via photoelectrocatalysis for its excellent photocatalytic performance and photoelectric conversion properties.The paper introduces the preparation method and formation mechanism of titania nanotube,moreover,some measures to improve the photocatalytic activity of titania nanotube are discussed,including transition metal ion doping,rare earth elements doping,noble metal deposition,semiconductor-composited and light sensitization.
