盐胁迫对树锦鸡儿叶绿素含量和根系活力的影响 被引量:17

摘要 以盐碱草甸土常用灌木树锦鸡儿为试材,以不同浓度的NaCl处理1年生幼苗,研究其在盐胁迫下叶片中叶绿素含量,根系活力的变化情况,以确定该树种在园林应用中不影响观赏价值的盐浓度。结果表明,低浓度的盐胁迫能够促进叶片中叶绿素的形成,从而提高观赏价值,高浓度的盐胁迫降低叶绿素的形成;在春末夏初,低浓度的盐胁迫可以使根系活力略有升高,后期,高浓度的盐胁迫根系活力下降明显,低浓度的处理影响不明显。认为,6 g/kg以下的盐胁迫下树锦鸡儿受到影响较小。 Caragana arborescens seedlings with one year age were treated with different NaCl concentrations to study effects of different salt stress on leaf chlorophyll content and root activity and determine its tolerance to salt in garden application.The results showed that low salt concentration could promote formation of leaf chlorophyll,which could improve its ornamental value.Low salt concentration could enhance its root activity during spring end and primary summer.High salt concentration reduced its root activity.The growth of Caragana arborescens seedlings is not affected by below 6g/kg salt concentration.
