摘要
随着国内住宅地产发展的愈加成熟,人们对居住环境有了更高要求,不再满足于单纯的居住功能。主题居住区应运而生,随之引入策划专业,形成居住区主题策划体系,成为规划主流。本文通过梳理近年来我国居住区主题策划的发展,总结出其类型特征和发展趋势,以期对这门新兴行业做到抛砖引玉的作用。
People have higher requirements on the residential district environment with the residential real estate development maturity.Theme residential area emerged and became the planning mainstream.The paper studies the development of theme residential area planning,summing its type characteristics and development trends to throw out a minnow to catch a whale.
