摘要
将介孔碳(OMC)分散在壳聚糖(CTS)溶液中,制备了介孔碳-壳聚糖修饰电极。研究了抗坏血酸(AA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,对实际样品中的AA进行了测定,并研究了AA的氧化机理。在最佳实验条件下,对不同浓度的AA溶液进行了测定,结果表明在9.0×10-6~9.0×10-5mol/L的范围内AA的浓度与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9961,检出限为9.0×10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.69%(n=5)。用加标回收法对果汁中的AA进行了分析检测,加标回收率为95%~101%,结果令人满意。
The mesoporous carbon-chitosan film modified electrode was prepared by dispersing mesoporous carbon(OMC) in chitosan(CTS) solution.The electrochemical behavior and catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid(AA) on the modified electrode were studied.There was a good linear relationship between the stripping peak current and AA concentration in the concentration range of 9.0×10-6~9.0×10-5 mol/L.The linear equation was found to be Ip=2.1319c-0.9953(Ip:A,c:mol/L)(the correlation coefficient was 0.9961) with detection limit of 9×10-6 mol/L.The relative standard deviation was 3.69%(n=5).The developed method was applied to the determination of AA in fruit juice with the recovery in the range of 95%~101%.
