摘要
目的探讨腰大池持续外引流术治疗高血压脑出血破人脑室的疗效。方法对近5年来收治的42例高血压脑出血破入脑室患者随机分成两组，治疗组20例，对照组22例，治疗组采用脑室外引流加腰大池持续引流术，对照组采用传统的脑室外引流术结合腰穿引流术。结果根据GOS量表评分，治疗组优良率45％，高于对照组的13．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；脑室血肿清除时间治疗组早于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论脑室外引流加腰大池持续引流术对高血压脑出血破入脑室患者的治疗，可降低致残率，提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the continuous external lumbar drainage for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ventricular casting. Methods A retrospective comparative analysis of the past five years, were randomly treated 42 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventricle were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 20 cases in the control group 22 cases. The treatment group were treated with lateral ventricle drainage combined with continuous lumbar drainage ; control group using the traditional combination of ventricular drainage lumbar puncture. Results According to GOS scale score, good rate was higher in treatment group, （45%） than that control group （ 13. 6% ）, P 〈0. 05, the difference was statistically significant. At the same time the treatment group intraventricular hematoma degree much faster than the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Lateral ventricle drainage combined with continuous lumbar drainage, treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage rupturing into ventricle can significantly reduce morbidity, improve patient＇s life quality.
