摘要
在ADAMS环境下建立了有路拱横坡的道路模型和某微型车的整车动力学模型,把轮胎的径向刚度和侧向刚度参数化,进行了不同轮胎刚度下的直线制动仿真试验。分析了在有侧向干扰的情况下左、右两侧轮胎刚度差异对车辆制动性能的影响:车身的偏转可能会使制动时间有所缩减,这是由于纵向速度会因为车身旋转动能的增大而有额外的减小;对于前轴侧向刚度较小的轮胎,滚动半径会因为较多的侧向变形而减小,致使车身在制动过程中发生偏转。
The full vehicle dynamic model of a microbus and a road surface model with a 2.5 percent crown slope are built in ADAMS.Radial and lateral stiffness of tires is parameterized in tire models,and simulation of liner braking test with varied stiffness of tires is carried out in this paper.Influence of the difference in left to right tire stiffness on braking performance is analyzed as vehicles acted by lateral force.Duration of braking will be reduced as a result of the deflection of vehicle body,because longitudinal velocity of vehicle will decrease with the increase of rotation kinetic energy of vehicle body.For tire with relative lesser lateral stiffness of front axle,its rolling radius will reduce because of its larger lateral deformation,which will cause vehicle to deflect in braking.
