摘要
采用SEM、EDS和XRD等测试手段研究不同组分羟基磷灰石基生物活性梯度涂层的显微结构和残余应力．探讨涂层材料的组成－显微结构－附着强度的相关规律．
Microstructure and residual stress of hydroxyapatite bioactive gradient coatings with different composition were studied by SEM, EDS and XRD. The law about composition, microstructure and adhesion of coatings was explored.
