摘要
介绍了中国高速铁路建设中的中小跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥的设计荷载、跨度布置、截面形式,对比了不同跨度、不同类型预应力混凝土连续梁的结构参数、受力特点和材料用量,研究了支架现浇法、悬臂浇筑法等不同施工方法对结构承载力和工后徐变的影响;分析了连续梁在整个服役历程的应力和工后徐变的变化规律,指出应提倡全寿命周期的设计理念,尤其需要控制结构在通车初期的应力与运营期的变形。此外,还对未来连续梁桥在材料、结构体系和施工方法等方面的创新进行了展望。
The design load,span arrangement,section selection and some other aspects of small and medium continuous bridges in high-speed railway of China were introduced.Major technical features among different spans and types were compared,including structural parameters,mechanical behaviors and material quantities.The impact of these construction methods on load-capacity and post-construction creep of bridges between cantilever casting and cast-scaffold method were also studied.In addition,by analyzing the stress variation and changing of creep after the construction in the whole life cycle,it is pointed out that the design of bridges should be able to meet the specifications in the whole life cycle,especially the stress of the short period after the operation and the deformation of the latter of the operation period should be controlled.Further more,improvements on new material,structural system and construction method of future continuous beams was proposed.
