摘要
目的探讨垫高臀部与提升插管深度对气囊导尿管留置导尿时患者舒适度的影响。方法将150例行气囊尿管留置导尿的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各75例,对照组给予常规无菌导尿术,实验组在此基础上给予提升插管深度与垫高臀部10-20cm,比较两组患者舒适度及导尿一次成功率等情况。结果两组患者血尿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组下腹坠胀不适、尿道口刺痛发生率明显低于对照组,导尿一次成功率、患者舒适度明显高于对照组,经统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论气囊导尿管留置导尿时提升插管深度与垫高臀部可增加患者的舒适度,减少导尿时不良反应,提高插管成功率。
Objective To study the effects of body position intervention on the satisfaction degree in patients at urethral catheterization by a Foley＇s catheter.Methods One hundred and fifty patients undergoing urethral catheterization with Foley＇s catheter were divided into control group and experimental group randomly.The patients for control were given common catheterization.Additionally,the patients in the experimental group were treated by way of raising the hips and deepening intubation catheter.The satisfaction rate and one-time success rate of catheteration were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found between the two groups in haematuria at catheterization（P 0.05）.The rates of hypogastric distension and urethra irritation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.One-time success rate of catheteration and the comfortable rate in the experimental group were higher than those of control group（P 0.01）.Conclusions Raising the hip and deepening intubation is safe and feasible.Thus,the patients feel more comfortable and less painful so that the catheterization becomes easier.
