摘要
高硫粉煤灰因为其高硫、高游离钙含量而被限制在水泥和混凝土中应用。通过采用消解和复合粉磨工艺对高硫粉煤灰和磷矿渣进行处理,采用物理稀释法来解决原状高硫灰中硫和游离钙超标的问题,配置了一种新型的复合材。该复合材集合了两种原材料的优点、削弱了各自的缺点,在混凝土中以10%-60%任意掺量替代水泥时,混凝土性能表现优良。研究成果对探索高硫粉煤灰的综合利用具有积极的作用。
The application of high sulfur coal cinder is limited in concrete because of their high sulfur and high free calcium contents.In this pa- per,slaking and compound grinding technique was use to deal with the high sulfur coal cinder and phosphate slag,and the problem of sulfur and free calcium exceeding in original high sulfur coal cinder was solved by physical dilution method.This study found that the composite makes use of their predominance and weaken their weakness;when the mix ratio of composite in concrete was 10%-60%,the performance of the concrete shows quite well.This research result has positive contribution to the multipurpose use of high sulfur coal cinder.
