摘要
单氟磷酸钠是一种高附加值的含氟精细磷酸复盐,应用范围广泛,主要用作含氟牙膏添加剂,还可用作防腐剂、杀菌剂、食品添加剂、缓蚀剂等。结合中国无机氟化工的现状,阐明了发展生产单氟磷酸钠的合理性,重点介绍了国内外的主要生产技术,即熔融法、液相中和法、气相氟化法等,其中熔融法是较为传统且普遍选用的方法。分别从工艺流程、反应装置、技术改进方面对熔融法进行详细综述,同时简述了液相中和法和气相氟化法的工艺流程和特点。通过对各种技术存在的问题进行分析,对今后的技术发展方向提出了建议。
Sodium monofluorophosphate is a high value-added fine phosphate-containing complex salt, which has very wide applications. It is mainly used as toothpaste additives, and also used as antiseptics, germicides, food additives and corrosion inhibitors etc.. Combining with the present situation of inorganic fluoride chemical industry in China, the rationality of developrment of sodium monofluorophosphate production was illuminated and main production technologies, such as fusion method,liquid phase neutralizing method, and gas phase fluorizating method, at home and abroad were especially introduced. Fusion method was a traditional and widely used method, which was introduced in detail from the angle of technical process, reactive equipment,and technology improvement. Meanwhile,technical process and characteristics of other methods were also briefly introduced. Through the analysis on the existing problems of those technologies, proposals for development direction in future were put forward.
