摘要
目的：观察应用龙血竭胶囊联合金因肽及单用金因肽治疗鼻咽癌颈部放射性湿性皮炎的疗效。方法：选择在放疗期间出现2级放射性皮炎的105例鼻咽癌患者，随机分为两个组，对照组单用金因肽（重组人表皮生长因子rhEGF，深圳市华生元基因工程发展有限公司生产）治疗，观察组联合龙血竭胶囊（云南云河药业有限公司生产）与金因肽治疗。结果：两组皮肤创面结痂愈合时间比较，观察组明显短于对照组，观察组总有效率也高于对照纽总有效率。结论：联合使用金因肽与龙血竭胶囊能缩短鼻咽癌放射性湿性皮炎的创面愈合时间，减轻由湿性皮炎引起的痛苦，减轻并发症，治疗期间，仅1例中断放射治疗，其疗效明显优于单用金因肽。
Objective To observe the application of Longxuejie capsule and recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） with neck radiation treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma moist dermatitis. Methods during radiotherapy radiodermatitis two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of 105 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group, with rhEGF in the treatment of, the Joint Observer Group Langxuejie Capsules with rhEGF treatment. Results two skin wound healing scar time, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the total effective rate higher. Conclusion The combined use of rhEGF and Longxuejie capsule to reduce the radioactive moist dermatitis nasopharyngeal wound healing time and reduce moist dermatitis caused by the pain, reduce complications, treatment, disruption of only one cases of radiation therapy, and its effect is better than rhEGF .
