摘要
[目的]分析比较安乡县2009年经济状况差异明显的县城与农村儿童计划免疫5种疫苗卡介苗、百白破混合制剂、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙肝疫苗及水痘、肺炎疫苗的接种合格率情况。推动5种疫苗及水痘、肺炎疫苗的全程接种普及率,增强儿童的体质。[方法]随机选取安乡县符合条件的县城、农村各258、342名,调查这600名适龄儿童5种疫苗的计划免疫情况及水痘、肺炎疫苗接种率。[结果]按免疫程序县城儿童卡介苗、百白破混合制剂、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙肝疫苗的全程合格接种率分别为97.7%、93.4%、96.5%、96.5%、99.6%、92.2%、93.8%;乡村儿童的前5种疫苗的全程接种合格率与县城儿童接近(P﹥0.05),分别为97.1%、95.3%、96.5%、95.9%、95.6%,而水痘、肺炎疫苗全程接种合格率分别为80.7%、83.0%,低于县城儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]加强水痘、肺炎疫苗接种的宣传,增强民众对水痘、肺炎等流行病危害严重性的认识,同时,政府也应加大资金投入,提高接种率。
[Objective] To compare the qualified rates of vaccination of children EPI vaccines including BCG, pertussis diphtheria tetanus mixed vaccine, oval poliovirus vaccine, measles vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine and chicken pox vaccine, pneumonia vaccine between children in county and countryside. To promote the full immunization coverage rates of five vaccines and chicken pox, pneumonia vaccine, to strengthen the physical condition of children in the county. [Methods] Randomly selected counties and conuntyisides with eligible conditions, 600 children’ vaccination rates about five vaccine immunization, chicken pox and pneumonia vaccination were investigated. [Results] Qualified vaccination rates of BCG, pertussis diphtheria tetanus mixed vaccine, oval poliovirus vaccine, measles vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine and chicken pox vaccine, pneumonia vaccine were 97.7%, 93.4%, 96.5%, 96.5%, 99.6%, 92.2% and 93.8% respectively. Qualified vaccination rates of the first five vaccines of children from countryside were 97.1% , 95.3%, 96.5%, 95.9%, 95.6% respectively; the last two vaccines were 80.7% and 83.0%, which were lower than children from county （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] It should strengthen chickenpox, pneumonia vaccination publicity to increase people’s awareness about severity of chickenpox and pneumonia,, the government should increase financial input to increase the vaccination rate.
