伺服油缸的实体设计与仿真研究

摘要 运用Pro/E软件建立了零件三维实体模型,完成伺服油缸的虚拟装配,并与机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS相结合,利用Pro/E与ADAMS的接口程序MECH/Pro将装配模型导入到ADAMS环境中进行仿真研究及结果分析,通过与实际物理样机比较,验证了伺服油缸虚拟设计的可行性,为后期样机制造和结构优化提供了理论依据和技术支持。 By using Pro/E software, three-dimensional solid models of parts were constructed, and the virtual assembly of servo-hydraulic cylinder was completed in this paper, Combined mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS, models will be assembled into the ADAMS simulation environment by using interface procedures MECH/Pro of Pro/E and ADAMS for the conduct of research and analysis. Through comparison with the actual physical prototype, the feasibility of servohydraulic cylinder virtual design was verified and provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the post-structural optimization and prototype manufacturing.
