摘要
农村发展,从城乡关系的角度看,其方向是城乡一体化,表现为城乡之间的劳动力、技术、资金及各种资源等生产要素进行合理的流动与整合,充分发挥城市与乡村各自的优势,使两者之间相互依存、相互促进,进而成为经济、社会及文化相互融合的统—体。从世界农村与城乡关系发展趋势及我国农村发展与城乡关系的演变出发,以青岛市为例,分析了城乡一体化发展对我国农村发展的意义及启示。
From the perspective of the relationship between urban and rural areas, the direction of rural development is urban-rural integration, with a reasonable flow and integration of the factors of production between urban and rural labor, technology, capital, and a variety of resources so as to bring into full play their respective advantages and make them interdependent and mutually reinforcing, thus become an economic, social and cultural integration. Based on a case study of Qingdao city, this paper deals with China and other countries＇ development trend of urban-rural relations, as well as the significance and enlightenment of the integration for China＇s rural development.
