摘要
针对裂缝性地层漏失的特征,研制出了一种由硬质刚性颗粒、柔性粒子、超细填充材料(超细碳酸钙)及特种膨胀聚合物(部分水溶的合成有机物)等组成的堵漏剂DLCM,其中的硬质刚性颗粒具有高强度、不水化、抗压、抗拉、不变形等特点,按粒径大小分为5个等级;柔性粒子由天然鳞片石墨经过插层处理、加热膨化后形成,具备高温稳定性、柔性、可压缩性、回弹性和韧性好的特点。采用长孔、立缝和异型3种模块分别模拟裂缝性、直缝性、长缝性漏层,测定了DLCM在上述3种漏层的堵漏效果,并探讨了堵漏材料协同封堵裂缝的作用机理。结果表明,该堵漏剂DLCM适用于不同密度的钻井液,且对钻井液流变性影响较小,能有效封堵1~6mm宽的裂缝,抗温、承压能力分别达150℃、7MPa。
A lost circulation material,DLCM,is developed for use in controlling mud losses in fractured formations.DLCM employs a rigid hard particle material,a flexible soft particle material,an ultra-fine packing material and a swelling polymer. Using lost circulation material tester,DLCM was tested on three different shapes of simulated fractures for its capacity to stop mud losses.It is shown that DLCM can be used in drilling fluids of different densities and has mild effect on drilling fluid rheology.DCLM can be used in curing mud losses to fractures of 1 - 6 mm wide,and has temperature stability of 150℃and pressure stability of 7 MPa,respectively.
