摘要
对空气流经铝泡沫填充方形套管换热器内管的流动和传热进行了试验研究,通过数值模拟对其内部的压力场、速度场和温度场进行了描述,并和传统的套管式换热器进行了比较。结果表明:试验结果与数值模拟结果符合较好。热流量和压降都随孔密度或者流速的增大而增大。填充铝泡沫后强化传热明显,虽然压降也大于空管,但通过对换热器压降和传热性能的综合分析,得出填充铝泡沫后换热器的综合性能比不填充泡沫金属的普通套管换热器更好。
Fluid flow and heat transfer in a double-pipe heat exchanger with Al foams filled in the inner pipe was studied by experiments and numerical simulations.Pressure,velocity and temperature fields of hot air flowing through the inner pipe were investigated and compared with those in a conventional double-pipe heat exchanger.Results show that numerical simulations are consistent with the experiments.Both pressure drop and heat transfer rate increase with increasing the flow rate or the pore density.The filled Al foam enhances the heat transfer greatly but also raises the pressure drop.Comprehensively considering pressure drop and the performance of heat transfer,the heat exchanger filled with the Al foam is much better than that without any foam.
