摘要
                
                    在假设零售商供应和中断的持续时间分别服从独立指数分布的条件下,针对订货中存在随机数量的缺陷品问题,确定了合格品和缺陷品循环的期望时间和费用,并根据更新报酬定理构建了单位时间长程平均总费用模型,从而得到零售商最优订货量及缺陷品处理的最佳批次。仿真结果表明,零售商中断强度变化不影响缺陷品处理的最佳批次;中断强度与缺陷率对订货量的影响呈相反效应;中断强度较大时,订货策略仅考虑缺陷率会带来比经济订货批量更大的费用。
                
                Under the assumption that the durations of the supply or disruption periods at the retailer were mutually independent exponential distributions,firstly the expected cycle time and cost of both the qualified items and the defective ones were determined due to each order containing a random fraction of defective items.Secondly the long-run average cost model was established based on renewal reward theorems,so that the optimal order quantity at the retailer and the optimal number of batches for processing defective items were obtained.Finally computational results showed that the disruption intensity had no influence on the optimal number of batches and had reverse effect with the defective rate on the optimal order quantity;the average cost for the optimal order quantity only considering the defective rate was greater than that for economic order quantity when the disruption intensity was much higher.
