摘要
近年来,大学生榜样教育的实效性有所下降。在归因分析的基础上,认为改进榜样教育的方式方法是提升大学生榜样教育实效性的有效途径。在分析榜样教育实施中若干要素的基础上,指出应当通过提高榜样教育实施者的整体素质,正确选取合理的榜样,榜样宣传方法应当符合当代大学生的心理特点,榜样教育考评应当以大学生行为改变为基本标准等措施,改进榜样教育方式方法,提升大学生榜样教育的实效性。
The effectiveness of the model education of college students has been weakened recently.The paper points out that the effective way to reinforce the effectiveness of the model education is try to improve the education methods after the genesis analyzing.We analyzed some key elments of carrying out the model education,holds that the educators should reinforce the effectiveness of the model education by improving their integral quality,choosing the proper model,using the propaganda methods according with the students psychological characteristics,taking the behavior changes as the evaluation objects.
