摘要
为探讨不同饲料对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)的生长和肌肉营养组成的影响,以体重(24.96±1.17)g的幼鳝为对象,采用配合饲料、蚯蚓、鲢肉3种饲料对其进行了为期45 d的投喂试验。结果显示:(1)不同饲料对黄鳝增重率的影响存在显著差异(P<0.05),且摄食蚯蚓的黄鳝组表现出最大增重率;(2)摄食配合饲料的黄鳝组粗脂肪的含量最低,蚯蚓组次之,鲢肉组最高;不同饲料对黄鳝其它肌肉营养成分的影响均表现出无显著差异(P>0.05)。
In order to investigate the effect of different feeds on the growth and nutrient composition in muscle of rice field eel(Monopterus albus),rice field eel((24.96±1.17) g) in the young stage were cultured in the laboratory using three different feeds(earthworm,silver carp meat and compound feed) for 45 d.The results showed that different feeds resulted in different weight garin rates significantly in rice field eel(P<0.05),and the group of rice field eels fed with earthworm showed the greatest weight gain rate.The group of rice field eels fed on silver carp meat showed the greater content of crude fat in muscle than those of groups of feeding on earthworm or compound feed significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other nutritional components in muscle among three groups of rice field eels.
