摘要
分析了煤矿采煤机截割电动机恒功率保护和油泵电动机阶段式定时限保护存在的缺点,应用对称分量法理论,提出了以反映故障电流的各时序分量为原理的异步电动机保护方法,并阐述了该方法在采煤机中的应用。该方法能够覆盖电动机常见故障,并可实现对故障类型的自动诊断,对电动机的运行起到有效保护。
Analyzes the shortcomings existing in the protection of constant power for cutting motor and the protection of stage and time-limit for oil pump motor in Shearer,by the theory of symmetrical components method,put forwards the protection method of asynchronous motor in the principle as the various timing components to reflect fault current,and describes the method in application to shearer. The method can cover the common faults of motor,and achieve the automatic diagnosis of fault type,protect effectively motor in operation.
