摘要
以电化学沉积法为基础,提出了一种耗时短、准确度高的评价有机涂层防结垢性能的方法。探讨了溶液浓度、电流密度及基体裸露面积等因素对此评价方法的影响,利用SEM、XRD对垢的形貌和组成进行了观察和分析。结合现场油田水样评价了环氧涂层、醇酸涂层、聚四氟乙烯涂层及超疏水涂层的阻垢性能。结果表明,此方法能够较好地评价涂层的阻垢性能。
A fast,simple and reliable method to evaluate the anti-scaling property of organic coatings had been presented based on the electrochemical deposition method.The influence of solution concentration,current density and bare metal area had been studied systematically.SEM and XRD were used to analyze the morphology and composition of the scale.Epoxy coating,alkyd coating,PTFE coating and superhydrophobic coating had been evaluated by using this method.The results showed that this method can evaluate the anti-scaling property of organic coatings appropriately.
