摘要
海洋保健食品在功能食品行业所占比例逐年增长,目前我国开发利用的海洋保健食品的种类较多。概述了海洋生物中的抗癌、抗氧化、抗高血压等生物活性物质,以及从鱼油、贝类、甲壳素和海藻等系列介绍了海洋保健食品的研发现状,并对海洋保健食品的发展前景进行了展望。
The percent of marine healthy food in healthy food increases every year, lots of kinds of marine healthy food are developed and utilizated in our country present. This article summarizes the active substance of anticancer, antioxidant, antihypertensive and others in marine organism, and from the series of fish oil, shellfish, chitin and algae to introduces the present situation of development in research of marine healthy food. And also discusses the trend of development in research of marine healthy food.
