摘要
目的研究洛铂与白细胞介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)联合干预对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7体外增殖的抑制作用,为乳腺癌的治疗提供一个新的方案。方法用3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide,MTT]比色法检测单独应用洛铂与IL-2及两者联合应用对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7体外增殖的抑制作用。结果洛铂与IL-2联合应用对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7的增殖抑制率较两者单独应用时均有增强(P<0.05)。
Objective To research the inhibitory effect of lobaplatin combined with interleukin-2 （IL-2） on the breast cancer cell MCF-7, and provide a new regimen for the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 3-（4 ;5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） methods was used to detect the inhibitory effect of applying lobaplatin or IL-2 alone and that of lobaplatin combined with IL-2. Results The inhibitory effect of lobaplatin combined with IL-2 on the proliferation of breast cancer cell MCF-7 was stronger than that of the two drugs alone. Conclusion The combined application of lobaplatin and IL-2 could strengthen the inhibitory effect on breast cancer cell MCF-7.
