摘要
由于通过准确评定火工品的可靠性,能掌握其可靠工作能力,本文对评定火工品可靠性的计数数据法、计量数据法和最大熵试验法进行了研究,分析了各种方法的基本数学原理,结合实例对不同方法的应用程序进行了说明,分析了各种方法之间的关联性和各自优缺点。当火工品可靠性由多因素决定时,可以应用计数法;如果火工品可靠性由单一因素决定且临界刺激量可假设为一定值,可以应用计量法;如果火工品可靠性由单一因素决定且临界刺激量服从正态分布,可以使用最大熵试验法。
The reliable working ability of initiating devices can be known by evaluating its reliabilityexactly.So in this paper,the research is carried out on different reliability assessment methods of initiatingdevices,including the attribute data method,the variables data method and the maximum entropy experimentmethod.The basic mathematical principle of every method is analysed.Based on the examples,the usedprocedure of every method is illustrated.The relationship of the different methods is analyzed.Theadvantages and disadvantages of every method are compared.When the explosive reliability is decided by avariety of factors,the attribute data method is applied.If the reliability of initiating devices can bedetermined by a single factor and the critical stimulus parameter is assumed to be constant,the variablesdata method is used.If the reliability can be decided by one and the critical stimulus parameter is normallydistributed,maximum entropy experiment method is used.
