流体剪切力抑制TNF-α诱导的成骨细胞凋亡机制

摘要 流体剪切力(FSS)在骨生理和骨组织重建中起着十分重要的作用。现阶段FSS抑制肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)诱导的成骨细胞凋亡机制研究主要集中在FSS诱导成骨细胞PI3K激活、诱导成骨细胞caspase-3抑制和刺激成骨细胞产生一氧化氮方面,三条抑制凋亡途径既相互独立又相互联系,构成了复杂的网络机制。回顾分析FSS抑制TNF-α诱导的成骨细胞凋亡机制,有利于了解FSS对成骨细胞生物活性的影响,揭示骨愈合的相关分子机制。
