摘要
纳氏试剂测定氨氮时,样品的显色时间、pH值及其稀释方法均影响分析结果的准确性。本文对以上3因素进行试验比较,结果表明,显色时间以10~30min,pH值以7~8即中性为宜,在一定条件下,比色后稀释法可以得出准确可靠的数据。
The accuracy of analytical results were affected by the coloration time,pH and the dilution method of samples in the determination of ammonia-nitrogen by Nessler,s reagent.The three factors were tested and compared and the results were showed as s followed:the coloration time was 10~30min,the pH was 7~8,and the correct data could obtained by the dilution after colorimetry under some conditions.
