摘要
通过文献检索、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,认为领导重视和管理制度是影响广东省"泳乡"竞技游泳后备人才培养的主要因素,训练和选材是广东省"泳乡"竞技游泳后备人才培养中亟待完善的环节,竞赛环境、价值导向、群众支持、宣传力度也是影响广东省"泳乡"竞技游泳后备人才培养可持续发展的重要因素。
Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper points out that leader＇s attention and management system are the main factors influencing swimming reserved talents in the land of swimming of Guangdong province,while the training and talent identification are the parts still needed to be perfected.At the same time,competition environment,value orientation,mass support and propaganda are also the key factors influencing the sustainable development of swimming reserved talents in the land of swimming of Guangdong province.
