摘要 以某企业B车型主焊线规划为例,对数字化工厂技术在其白车身焊装线前期规划中的应用进行了阐述。介绍了基于数字化工厂的白车身焊装解决方案及前期规划的内容、流程和实施方法。由于在前期规划中进行了焊点可达性分析、机器人仿真分析和干涉检查等,因而大大缩短了各工位夹具与抓具的设计时间并提高了准确率,显著减少了后期修改工作量。 With the welding line planning of vehicle model B of a company as example, the paper elaborates the application of digital factory technology in BIW welding line advanced planning. The paper introduces BIW welding solution based on digital factory as well as content, flow and implementation of advanced planning. Since welding spot reachability analysis, robot simulation analysis and interference check, etc., are conducted in the advanced planning, therefore the design time of jig and gripper are shortened, accuracy rate is improved, modification work in the later stage is considerably reduced.
