摘要
分别对单、双十字轴式万向联轴器进行了运动分析,结果表明,中间轴相位角θ是传动系统输出端产生力矩波动的影响因素之一。利用Adams/View软件建立了双十字轴式万向联轴器的参数化模型,并以从动轴的力矩波动达到最小为目标,针对不同设计变量进行设计优化研究,最终得出了最佳的中间轴相位角及轴系硬点布置方案。
Motion analysis is made to the unitary and double cross universal coupling. The results indicate that phase angle θ of the intermediate shaft is one of the factors causing fluctuation of moment at the output end of the driveline. A parameterized model of the double cross universal coupling is established with software Adams/View, with the minimized fluctuation of driven shaft moment as target. Optimized design study is carried out for different design variables and the optimal phase angle and axis hard point package program of the intermediate shaft are obtained.
