摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定化妆品中抗生素和防腐剂的检测方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以甲醇-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH=4.35)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方式,同时测定化妆品中抗生素和防腐剂9种物质。结果:各物质在1μg/ml~200μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r>0.998),平均回收率93.9%~109.0%,精密度良好RSD<3%。结论:方法灵敏度高,准确度好,操作简单,实用性强,可用于化妆品中抗生素和防腐剂的检测。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of antibiotics and preservatives in cosmetics.Methods:By using the HPLC method,mobile phase was methanol-0.01 mol/L NaH2PO4(pH=4.35)and gradient elution was used to determine hydroquinone,phenol,antibiotics and preservatives in cosmetics.Results:They showed good linearity within the range of 1 μg/ml~200 μg/ml(r0.998),average recovery was 93.9%~109.0% and RSD3%.Conclusion:The HPLC method is simple,sensitive,and accurate and can be applied to determination of antibiotics and preservatives in cosmetic preparations.
