摘要
到目前为止,学术界对高校教师教学质量评价指标体系及维度结构的探讨仍然缺乏定量分析。本文概括了高校教师教学质量评价指标结构,并在质化研究基础上,利用两套独立样本数据分别进行了探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。结果表明:高校教师教学质量评价指标由人文关怀、能力培养、基础知识与扩展知识传授等四个维度构成。同时,开发出一套信度、效度良好的高校教师教学质量评价指标维度的测量指标体系,可以为高校教师教学质量评价的理论研究与实践提供参考。
There is still a lack of quantitative analysis on the dimension and the structure of the evaluation index system of teaching in universities. This article outlines the structure of index system of evaluations of teaching in universities, and then based on sample data, the paper gives qualitative research to the structure of index system using two separate exploratory factor analyses. The results show that the dimension and the structure of index system involves teacher＇s humanistic care, capacity-building, knowledge deepening and expansion. At the same time, we explore a set of good reliability, validity index system of evaluations of teaching in universities. The index system can provide reference for the practice and the theory in the evaluations of teaching in university.
