摘要
人类基因技术对传统道德哲学破坏,并非由于这一技术实践活动改变了人类生育活动的自然法则,而是因为它在精神和意识的层面突破了传统道德哲学对人和家庭之"自然性"的规定。人类基因技术是在传统道德哲学与伦理精神已经遭到破坏的现代性境遇中才会发生的实践活动,但它在另一方面又构成了精神辩证运动的自我否定性环节。人类基因技术事件是一个真正的威胁,将所有道德理论都还原到它们自身的时间性当中,它因此也给人类赋予了一个重大的机遇,使我们能够通过这样一个最典型、最深刻和最直接的案例,来对道德哲学传统中存在的问题进行深刻的反思。
Human gene technology destroyed the traditional moral philosophy,not because that this practice technology changed natural laws of human production activities,but because that it broke out of the ＂Naturalness＂ prescriptive of human being and families from traditional moral philosophy in the level of the spirit and consciousness.As a practice activity,human gene technology would occur only in the modern situation that the traditional moral philosophy and ethics spirit had been damaged,but in the other hand,it constituted the self-denial link of dialectical movement of spirit.Practice of human gene technology is a real threat,it will restore all the moral theories to their own temporality,but therefore it gives us a significant opportunity,and then promotes our profound reflection to the problems in the moral philosophical tradition through such the most typical,profound and direct case.
