摘要
在键槽横截面上,测量键槽两侧面与轴径相应最大轮廓的差值,取其最大差值,经数据处理后,求得键槽对称度误差值。用此方法测量,方便、快捷、准确、可靠,同时对量具精度要求不高,能在加工过程中及时对机床进行准确调整,提高加工质量和检测效率。
On the cross-section of bond-slot,the error between surface on both sides of the bond-slot and the corresponding profile of axis diameter was measured.The measurement was converient,fast,accurate and reliable,and didn＇t need hish requirement.about the precision measuring tool.So the machine tools could be adjusted in time in the processing and the quality and efficienly was improved.
